My normal turnaround time for custom order is approx 3 days. This does not include bank holidays or Sundays. Ready to ship orders are posted within 24 hours. Please note delivery time need to be added on top of my processing time.

Returns on all orders will be accepted only if the product is faulty. Returns will not be accepted for mistales spotted after any proofs have been aproved by customer. In the unlikely event that there are any issues with your order, please contact me immediately. Any problems must be reported within 5 working days of receiving your order.
