    Proofs & Contact

    It is very important that you check any proofs carefully and make sure that all the details nd spelling is correct. Please pay attention to all contact details, names etc. Please remember, that the colour you see on your screen is unlikely to match the final, printed product exactly. If you accept the proof and agree for printing and you notice mistake after, I can not be responsible and you will have to pay for re-print so please check carefully.

    When ordering any product that requires your logo, images etc please send high quality files via message on Social Media or email ( inspiredimaginationsuk@gmail.com)

    Refunds & Times

    Refunds on personalised items will be only accepted if the product is faulty. Returns will not be accepted for mistakes spotted after any proof was accepted. In the unlikely event that there are any issues with your order, please contact me immediatly. Any problems must be reported within 5 days of receiving your order. I will do my best to rectify any problems. Your satisfaction is very important to me.

    My normal turn around time for customer orders is approx 3 days. This does not include bank holidays, Sundays and shipping time so please keep this in mind when ordering.
